I didn’t grow up in a world where therapy was normal. Feelings were handled privately, or not at all.

So when I finally sat across from a stranger and said it all, every intrusive - word-vomit of thoughts, fears, unfiltered, mess,

— and instead of falling apart, I felt relief.

I never thought I would ever go to therapy.

That experience shapes how I practice. I offer a grounded, unbiased space where complexity is welcome and nothing feels “too much.” Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding patterns, building adaptability, and strengthening your internal authority.

My work integrates LGBTQ+–affirmative care, depth psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and chakra-informed exploration.

We’ll address what needs healing while honoring your strengths and resilience. I’m curious, steady, clinically attuned — and yes, occasionally a little cheesy. Growth is serious work, but it doesn’t have to be humorless or alone.

The concept of therapy is weird,

We are all human. We all deserve to be heard and seen. Your emotions, thoughts, life, dreams are not a burden.

This is your space.

Your time.
